If you cry,
we love you,
dry your eyes,
we’re here.

Free your mind.
Free your life.

How to free
yourself

Recovery from trauma involves understanding how to free your mind from negative patterns. The more work you put into recovery, the faster the mind adapts to positive thoughts.

1. Be a good person

Do want you want to do, just stay within the law whenever possible. Respect the rights of others.

Sometimes it’s worse to be a sinner than to break the law. It’s much more trouble.

It’s harder to exploit a good person. Do not co-operate with bad ideas/people.

Keep in touch with friends and family. Remember to support others.

Go for help when you need to. You have the right to call the police and other organisations.

2. Say NO to bad people

If you keep saying NO, people cannot bully or exploit you.

Bullies will go away if you always stand up for yourself. They look for vulnerable people who can’t say NO.

Abusers try to control your mind,
not just your life. Bullies lie to appear in control when they are not.

Abusers blame the victim. Recognise when you are being lied to, bullied or manipulated.

You control your own life. It is your life and belongs to you.

3. Free yourself,
free everyone

99% brainwashing is lies.
The 1% of truth comes from you.
Only believe what you know for a fact.

Once you believe a lie, abusers will
continue to lie and add to their deception. They try to create a false reality through gaslighting.

Listening and being understanding helps others see the reality of their situation and free themselves.

Free your mind and your life. When you understand that you are free, you will be.
